    【摘要】 目的：探讨混合痔(MH)患者术后发生肛缘水肿的相关影响因素。方法：回顾性分析2020年

    1月-2021年7月在江西中医药大学附属医院行手术治疗的96例MH患者的临床资料，分析其术后肛缘水肿发生的相关影响因素。结果：MH患者术后肛缘水肿发生率为38.54%(37/96);单因素分析显示：环状MH、术后排便异常、术后疼痛、肛门正中MH、手术操作均与MH患者术后发生肛缘水肿有关(P<0.05);多因素分析显示：环状MH[β=2.069，OR=7.920，95%CI(3.117，20.126)]、术后排便异常[β=1.051，OR=2.860，95%CI(1.223，6.687)]、术后疼痛[β=1.133，OR=3.105，95%CI(1.318，7.313)]、肛门正中MH[β=2.999，OR=20.057，95%CI(6.866，58.588)]、手术操作不合理[β=1.401，OR=4.059，95%CI(1.699，9.699)]均是MH患者术后发生肛缘水肿的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论：MH患者术后发生肛缘水肿与术后排便异常、环状MH、术后疼痛、肛门正中MH、手术操作均有关。
