    【摘要】 邻椎病是腰椎术后的一种常见的中远期并发症，其发生可严重影响腰椎手术的疗效，因而邻椎病也越来越被更多临床医师所关注，为了减少本疾病对腰椎术后患者疗效的影响，分析腰椎手术与邻椎病之间的关系就显得尤为重要。本文就对部分腰椎手术与邻椎病的发生的相关性进行论述，这不仅有助于认识邻椎病的部分发病机制，也能为临床如何预防腰椎术后邻椎病的发生提供更多证据和参考。
