自噬在光疗治疗真菌性皮肤病中的研究进展
冯健婷 汤红峰【摘要】 自噬被认为是机体的一种自我调节机制,对细胞和组织的动态平衡起着至关重要的作用。而真菌性皮肤病目前仍是当代社会备受关注的皮肤病之一。随着各种医学激光治疗的广泛应用,考虑到它全身副作用较小,便于使用,在治疗真菌感染性皮肤病方面的治疗中日益受到关注。现围绕自噬在光疗治疗各种真菌感染性皮肤病中的作用的相关研究展开综述。

[Abstract] Autophagy is considered as a self-survival mechanism of the organism and plays a key role in the dynamic balance of cells and tissues. And fungal dermatoses are still one of the dermatological diseases that are of great concern in contemporary society. With the widespread use of various medical laser treatments, there is an increasing interest in the treatment of fungal infectious dermatoses given their low systemic side effects and ease of use. A review of studies related to the role of autophagy in the treatment of various fungal infectious dermatoses by phototherapy is presented.
