microRNA在骨关节炎中对关节软骨的调控作用

    【摘要】 广泛查阅近年来国内外相关microRNA(miRNA)调控关节软骨细胞的文献,并进行总结分析,综述miRNA在骨关节炎中对关节软骨的调控作用。不同miRNA参与骨关节炎的不同水平阶段,作用于关节软骨细胞、软骨细胞外基质,或是干预软骨细胞自噬、影响软骨衰老、参与软骨形成,从而影响骨关节炎的发生发展。通过对骨关节炎中相关miRNA对关节软骨的机制研究,可为治疗或延缓骨关节炎提供新方法。

    [Abstract] The domestic and foreign related literature on the regulation of articular chondrocytes by microRNA (miRNA) in recent years is extensively reviewed, summarized and analyzed, and the regulatory effect of miRNA on articular cartilage in osteoarthritis is reviewed. Different miRNAs are involved in different stages of osteoarthritis, acting on articular chondrocytes and cartilage extracellular matrix, or interfering with chondrocytes autophagy, affecting cartilage aging, and participating in cartilage formation, thus affecting the occurrence and development of osteoarthritis.
