    【摘要】 目的：探討正畸联合牙周治疗对牙周炎致前牙移位患者口腔状态指标及炎症反应的影响。方法：选择2017年1月-2019年1月于宁波口腔医院治疗的160例牙周炎致前牙移位患者，使用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=80)和对照组(n=80)。对照组接受牙周治疗，观察组接受正畸联合牙周治疗。对比两组总有效率、口腔状态指标、炎症反应指标及骨代谢指标。结果：观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)；治疗后，两组PD、PBI、TM、PLI均降低，且观察组均低于对照组(P0.05)；治疗后，两组TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-5、IL-8均降低，且观察组均低于对照组(P0.05)；治疗后，两组OCN、OPG均升高，观察组均高于对照组(P0.05); after treatment， PD， PBI， TM， PLI were decreased in both groups， and the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P0.05); after treatment， TNF-α， IL-1β， IL-5 and IL-8 were decreased in both groups， the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P0.05); after treatment ......
