ctDNA的研究现状及在肺癌诊疗中的研究进展
夏瑶 司毛燕 朱慎钰 饶鼎宇 谢春发 李树林 唐志贤【摘要】 肺癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率和死亡率在大多数国家均居首位。肺癌的早期诊断、早期治疗是提高治愈率的关键。新兴的液体活检技术中,血液中循环肿瘤DNA(circulating tumor DNA, ctDNA)的检测在肺癌的研究与应用已进行了广泛研究。近年来ctDNA液体活检技术的高速发展给肺癌的诊断及治疗带来了新的突破,有望成为肺癌诊断、指导治疗及监测复发等多方面的新途径。本文对目前ctDNA的研究进行了总结,并讨论ctDNA检测在肺癌筛查、治疗及复发等方面的应用前景。

[Abstract] Lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors, and its morbidity and mortality rank first in most countries. Early diagnosis and early treatment of lung cancer are the keys to improving the cure rate. Among the emerging liquid biopsy techniques, the detection and application of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) in blood has been extensively studied in the research and application of lung cancer. In recent years, the rapid development of ctDNA liquid biopsy technology has brought new breakthroughs in the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer, and is expected to become a new way of lung cancer diagnosis, treatment guidance, and monitoring of recurrence.
