    【摘要】 目的：探讨压力困扰在医务人员心理资本与生活满意度之间的中介作用。方法：于2020年11-12月采用心理资本、压力困扰和生活满意度量表对北京市西城区5 291名医务人员进行调查，分析心理资本与生活满意度、压力困扰三者之间的关系。结果：医务人员心理资本与生活满意度之间存在显著正相关(P<0.01)。心理资本与压力困扰、压力困扰与生活满意度之间均存在显著负相关(P<0.01)。在心理资本与生活满意度的关系中，压力困扰起着部分中介作用。结论：心理资本不仅直接地影响医务人员的生活满意度，而且还通过压力困扰产生间接性影响。

    [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the mediating role of stress distress between psychological capital and life satisfaction in medical staff. Method： From November to December 2020， 5 291 medical staff in Xicheng District of Beijing were investigated by the psychological capital， stress distress and life satisfaction scale to analyze the relationship between psychological capital， life satisfaction and stress distress.
