    【摘要】 目的：分析無痛分娩对分娩结局的改善作用。方法：选取赣南妇婴医院妇产科住院部于2021年6月1日-2022年5月31日收治的100例产妇作为研究对象，根据是否进行分娩镇痛分为两组，每组50例。对照组进行常规助产，观察组实施无痛分娩。对比两组疼痛情况、产程时间、分娩方式、母婴并发症、泌乳情况。结果：观察组自然分娩率高于对照组(P0.05)。结论：在分娩中实施硬膜外阻滞麻醉的无痛分娩技术，可减轻分娩疼痛，加速产程，提高自然分娩率，减少母婴并发症，促进乳汁分泌，改善分娩结局。
