    【摘要】 随着微创手术的不断发展和普及，机器人辅助胸腔镜手术在外科领域逐渐被认可并广泛应用，其优势在于高清立体的手术视野、高度灵活的机械臂和仿真手腕、有效滤除人手自然颤动等。本文阐述了机器人辅助胸腔镜手术在治疗肺癌、纵隔肿瘤、食管癌方面的应用现状及今后的发展，旨在为今后进一步开展机器人辅助胸腔镜手术提供参考。

    [Abstract] With the continuous development and popularization of minimally invasive surgery， robot-assisted thoracoscopic surgery has gradually been recognized and widely used in the field of surgery. Its advantages include high-definition stereoscopic surgical vision， highly flexible manipulator and simulated wrist， and effectively filter out natural tremor of human hands， etc. This paper expounds the application status and future development of robot-assisted thoracoscopic surgery in the treatment of lung cancer， mediastinal tumor and esophageal carcinoma， aiming at providing reference for further robot-assisted thoracoscopic surgery in the future.
