    【摘要】 目的：觀察养血祛风方外洗联合加巴喷丁胶囊治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的效果。方法：选取2022年6月—2023年5月在景德镇市中医医院接受治疗的尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者60例，按随机数字表法分为常规组和中医组。常规组(30例)给予加巴喷丁胶囊治疗，中医组(30例)在常规组基础上加用养血祛风方外洗治疗。比较两组治疗效果、不同时间的瘙痒程度、实验室指标及不良反应。结果：中医组总有效率为96.67%，高于常规组的73.33%，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：加巴喷丁胶囊联合养血祛风方外洗可有效缓解尿毒症患者皮肤瘙痒程度，改善炎症反应，治疗效果更佳且安全性良好。
