    【摘要】 总结张珍玉论治胃脘痛的学术经验。张珍玉明确了目前临床胃脘痛的发病特点，治疗胃脘痛辨证灵活，以脏腑辨证为纲，体现了重视调理脏腑关系，五脏兼顾，尤其重视脾胃与肝关系的学术理念。张珍玉认为土得木而达，“气滞”是胃脘痛的基本病机，胃脘痛之治以气为主、调气为首、治肝为要；并提出了以复中气升降协调为用，从肝辨治胃脘痛的学术理念。
