    【摘要】 随着社会快速发展和生活节奏加快，冠心病发病率逐年攀升且伴随多种并发症。冠心病合并焦虑抑郁是典型“双心”疾病，“双心”症状存在严重影响患者健康。本文通过对国内外冠心病患者合并焦虑抑郁情绪障碍的研究现状进行综述，总结冠心病合并焦虑抑郁的发病机制、危险因素及干预方法，以期为冠心病患者疏解焦虑抑郁等情绪障碍提供依据。
