    【摘要】 目的：探究超聲引导下麦默通真空辅助乳腺微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性结节的效果及对术后并发症的影响。方法：回顾性分析2022年1—9月在福建医科大学附属闽东医院诊断和治疗100例良性乳腺肿块患者临床资料，按照手术方法将所有患者分为对照组(n=34)和观察组(n=66)，对照组行传统手术切除，观察组行超声引导下麦默通真空辅助微创旋切术，再按照切除结节距表皮深度将观察组分为表浅微创旋切组(结节距表皮深度0.05)，三组术后并发症比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：与传统切除术相比，超声引导下麦默通真空辅助微创旋切术对乳腺良性浅表结节和深部结节均有较好的治疗效果，且安全性较好。
