    【摘要】 目的：探讨全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉对老年高血压腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的临床效果。方法：选取2018年1月—2022年10月于九江市柴桑区人民医院住院的老年高血压腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者88例为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为对照组(单纯全身麻醉组)44例和病例组(全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉组)44例。观察两组患者临床效果及对神经功能和炎症因子的影响。结果：病例组自主呼吸恢复时间、完全苏醒时间、拔管时间均短于对照组(P0.05)。结论：全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉对于老年高血压腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者效果显著，能够改善血流动力学，促进脑神经功能恢复，降低炎症因子刺激，安全性较高。
