    【摘要】 胰腺癌恶性程度极高，早期诊断困难，患者确诊时多已发展到中晚期，错失最佳治疗时间，预后差，严重影响人类的健康，所以通过筛查以便及早发现癌症对延长胰腺癌患者的寿命十分重要，但也只有在高危人群中进行筛查才能达到利益最大化。因此，明确胰腺癌的危险因素尤为重要。本文根据近年来胰腺癌的研究资料，阐述胰腺癌发病的危险因素，以期为胰腺癌防治提供参考。

    [Abstract] The malignant degree of pancreatic cancer is extremely high， and early diagnosis is difficult. Most patients have developed to the middle and late stages when diagnosed， missing the best treatment time and poor prognosis seriously affect human health. Therefore， early detection of cancer through screening is very important to prolong the life span of pancreatic cancer patients， but only screening in high-risk groups can achieve maximum benefits. Therefore， it is particularly important to identify the risk factors for pancreatic cancer.
