部分泛素特异性蛋白酶生物学功能的研究进展
杨静 张丽璇 张晨钰 安康【摘要】 泛素特异性蛋白酶(ubiquitin-specific proteases,USPs)家族是去泛素化酶家族中成员最多的一种,主要存在于骨骼肌、心脏、肝脏、脑、胰腺等组织中,且在不同物种间有表达差异性。目前的研究表明,虽然USPs特异性选择水解的泛素链的机制还不清楚,但USPs在机体生命过程中有极大作用,USPs在调控肿瘤发生及转移、免疫调节、炎症反应、能量代谢、病毒感染等方面具有重要临床意义。本文综述了近年来部分USPs生物学功能的研究进展,期望能够对相关疾病的诊断及治疗提供新的思路。

[Abstract] The family of ubiquitin-specific proteases (USPs) is the most abundant member of the deubiquitinating enzyme family, different and is mainly present in skeletal muscle, heart, liver, brain, pancreas and other tissues, with differential expression among different species. Current studies have shown that the USPs has a great role in organismal life processes, although the mechanism by which the USPs specifically selects ubiquitin chains for hydrolysis is not clear. USPs have important clinical significances in the regulation of tumorigenesis and metastasis, immune regulation, inflammatory response, energy metabolism and viral infection. In this paper, we review reserch progress on biological functions of partial USPs in recent years, expecting to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of related diseases. ......
