    【摘要】 目的：探究壽胎丸加减治疗先兆流产合并阴道出血的临床效果。方法：选取2020年10月—2022年10月会昌县妇幼保健院收治的66例先兆流产合并阴道出血患者，根据随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组，各33例。对照组给予地屈孕酮和黄体酮治疗，试验组在对照组基础上给予寿胎丸加减治疗。对比两组临床疗效、中医症状积分、孕酮、雌二醇、β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素及免疫功能、妊娠结局。结果：治疗14 d，两组阴道出血、下腹坠胀、腰酸及腹痛积分均下降，试验组均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：在地屈孕酮和黄体酮治疗基础上，寿胎丸加减治疗先兆流产合并阴道出血效果较好，有利于改善临床症状、孕酮、雌二醇、β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素及妊娠结局。
