    【摘要】 结直肠癌是发生在消化道上的一种消耗性恶性肿瘤，随着癌细胞不断消耗体内营养物质，患者会出现营养不良的状况，严重影响患者生活质量。本文综述了国内外结直肠癌合并营养不良患者的危险因素，介绍了营养风险筛查2002(NRS2002)、整体营养状况主观评估量表(PG-SGA)、生物电阻抗相位角(PHA)等营养筛查工具对营养状况的评估，并介绍了其干预方法，以期为改善结直肠癌患者营养不良提供及时且有针对性的营养支持，从而降低患者营养不良的发生率。
