    【摘要】 肌肉减少症和骨关节炎(OA)同为年龄相关性疾病，患病率逐年增加。近年来国内外有一些研究报道中，OA与肌肉减少症关系密切，常呈伴发趋势，但两者相互关联的具体机制尚不明确。近年来国内外学者对两者的研究不断深入，肌肉减少症和OA两者的发病机制及两者之间的关系逐渐明了。本文通过总结近年来国内外关于肌肉减少症和OA的相关性研究，从定义、流行病学、发病机制、诊断和防治措施等方面进行综述，以期望为两种疾病的诊断及防治提供了一些参考和指导。
