    【摘要】 大多数免疫抑制剂对人体免疫系统没有选择性和特异性的抑制作用，因此会增加恶性肿瘤、感染、骨髓抑制等不良反应的发生率。而中医药干预不良反应有着较为明显的效果，在临床实践中采用中药联合免疫抑制剂的综合治疗也取得了一定的成效。本文主要综述应用免疫抑制剂后产生肺部不良反应的中医药干预，为进一步研究提供参考。

    [Abstract] Most immunosuppressant have no selective and specific inhibition on the human immune system， so they will increase the incidence of malignant tumor， infection， bone marrow supression and other adverse reactions. However， traditional Chinese medicine intervention has a relatively obvious effect on adverse reactions， and the comprehensive treatment of Chinese materia medica combined with immunosuppressant has also achieved certain results in clinical practice. This article mainly reviews the traditional Chinese medicine intervention of pulmonary adverse reactions after the application of immunosuppressant， and provides reference for further research.
