    【摘要】 目的：探討六味地黄汤加减对慢性肾衰竭(CRF)患者微炎症指标及肾功能的影响。方法：选取宜春市中医院2021年7月—2022年12月收治的95例CRF患者，按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=48)、研究组(n=47)。对照组予常规治疗，研究组基于常规治疗予六味地黄汤加减治疗。对比两组疗效、微炎症指标、肾功能指标及不良反应。结果：相比对照组，研究组总有效率较高，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：CRF患者采用六味地黄汤加减治疗效果较好，可降低微炎症指标水平，改善肾功能，且安全性好。
