    【摘要】 特发性面神经麻痹(idiopathic facial palsy，IFP)是临床上常见的疾病，目前药物治疗仍以抗病毒、激素及营养神经为主，但治疗效果并不理想。因此，针灸、物理疗法及手术等非药物治疗方法也成为IFP患者的重要选择，它可以有效补充药物治疗中存在的不足。本文将IFP非药物治疗方法进行归纳、总结，以期对临床有所帮助。

    [Abstract] Idiopathic facial palsy (IFP) is a clinically common disease. At present， drug therapy still focuses on antiviral， hormonal， and neurotrophic effects， but the treatment effect is not ideal. Therefore， non-drug treatment methods such as acupuncture， physical therapy and surgery have also become important choices for IFP patients， which can effectively supplement the shortcomings of drug therapy. In this paper， the non-drug treatment methods of IFP are summarized， in order to be helpful to the clinic.
