【摘要】目的比较MRI灌注、经阴道超声(TVUS)成像在术前诊断子宫内膜癌肌层侵犯的准确性。方法对32例子宫内膜癌患者，术前1周内行MRI(磁共振)灌注、TVUS检查，术前均无放疗、化疗及激素治疗史，术后以病理检查为金标准。按肿瘤侵犯深度将其分为无肌层浸润组、浅肌层浸润组和深肌层浸润组。比较MRI灌注和TVUS检查所见与组织学检查结果，计算各诊断技术的准确度。结果术后病理检查证实无肌层浸润6例、浅肌层浸润11例、深肌层浸润15例。MRI灌注检查有深肌层浸润准确度为93.33%，TVUS检查有深肌层浸润准确度为33.33%(P<0.05)。结论MRI灌注对术前子宫内膜癌肌层侵犯深度的检测准确性优于TVUS。
