健膝汤配合玻璃酸钠关节内注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎

【摘要】目的观察健膝汤配合透明质酸钠关节内注射液对膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法对45例患者采用自拟健膝汤内服，日一剂，日服两次，连服3周。配合常规膝关节炎穿刺注射透明质酸钠，每周给药一次，每次2 ml，连续给药3周；并设对照组进行观察。结果治疗组总有效率为95.6%，对照组总有效率为85.7%，经χ2检验，两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟健膝汤及透明质酸钠注射液对膝骨关节炎的疗效确切。
