腰-硬联合麻醉在子宫全切除术中的麻醉效果观察

【摘要】目的探讨在子宫全切除术中应用腰-硬联合进行麻醉的效果。方法回顾性分析笔者所在医院54例进行子宫全切除术患者的病例资料。所有54例患者根据麻醉方式随机分为两组，腰-硬联合麻醉(CESA)组27例患者，连续硬膜外麻醉(CEA)组27例患者，并对两组的麻醉效果进行分析。结果腰-硬联合麻醉(CESA)组在用药剂量、麻醉效果等各项指标均优于连续硬膜外麻醉(CEA)组(P<0.05)。结论腰-硬联合麻醉的麻醉效果确切，在进行子宫全切除手术时应首选考虑此种方法麻醉。
