中药在保守治疗异位妊娠的临床观察

【摘要】目的观察中药在保守治疗异位妊娠的价值。方法将46例异位妊娠符合保守治疗条件的患者分为两组,治疗组：中药+MTX+米非司酮，对照组：MTX+米非司酮，比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组24例，治疗成功22例；对照组22例，治疗成功16例。两组成功率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中药在保守治疗异位妊娠中可提高治疗成功率、临床症状体征消失快、副反应轻。
