【摘要】目的了解胎膜早破的社会因素。方法以140例胎膜早破患者作为观察组，与同期正常妊娠140例为对照组，在诸多社会因素上进行比较。结果在诸多社会因素比较后，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胎膜早破与不少社会因素有关，这为预防发生胎膜早破提供了预防的基础。
