西地那非治疗肺动脉高压的疗效观察

【摘要】目的探讨西地那非治疗肺动脉高压的临床效果。方法选择笔者所在医院2008年6月~2010年6月风湿性心瓣膜病慢性心衰合并肺动脉高压患者82例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组。两组患者均给予常规抗心衰治疗，观察组在对照组用药基础上给予西地那非，连续应用3个月。测定两组患者治疗前后肺动脉压力和6 min步行距离。结果观察组治疗后肺动脉压力和步行6 min距离分别与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西地那非能够显著降低风湿性心瓣膜病慢性心衰合并肺动脉高压患者肺动脉压力，临床效果显著。
