【摘要】目的探讨血清中瘦素水平与月经周期的关系。方法随机选择65例月经正常的志愿者，于月经期、卵泡期、排卵期及黄体期测定血清瘦素浓度。结果随着卵泡的发育成熟，瘦素水平逐渐升高，排卵期的瘦素浓度显著高于月经期(P<0.01)。结论血清瘦素在月经周期中呈生理性变化。
