【摘要】目的探讨宫腹腔镜联合治疗输卵管性不孕的方法及临床效果。方法将2008年1月~2009年1月笔者所在医院收治的输卵管性不孕症的患者78例随机分为观察组39例(宫腹腔镜联合手术)和对照组39例(单纯宫腔镜下插管通液治疗)，对两组的治疗效果进行比较。结果术后2个月常规行输卵管通液，两组术后通畅率相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)，两组术后1年内的宫内妊娠率及异位妊娠率相比差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论宫腹腔镜联合治疗输卵管性不孕具有创伤小、出血少、恢复快、再通率及妊娠率高的优点，值得临床推广应用。
