阴道后穹窿硬结的临床研究(1)
【摘要】目的探讨阴道后穹窿硬结在妇科疾病临床的研究。方法笔者所在医院自2002年1月～2011年1月共收治妇科住院手术患者2260例，对其中经病理确诊的84例阴道后穹窿硬结患者资料进行分析。结果84例中72例为盆腔子宫内膜异位症和子宫腺肌症。结论痛性硬结是诊断盆腔子宫内膜异位症的重要依据，而无痛性硬结是诊断妇科晚期肿瘤和盆腔结核的不可忽视的阳性体征，正确掌握妇科检查方法，对提高阴道后穹隆硬结的检出率有重要的临床诊断意义。【关键词】阴道后穹窿硬结；妇科

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore clinical research of vault gallery hardenned behind vagina in gynaecolo gical disorders.MethodsFrom January 2002 to January 2011,authors hospital received 226 cases of patients who were preparing the operation,harden the materials to analyse to the vauh gallery after making a definite diagnosis of 84 vaginas in pathology among them.Results72 are different disease and uterus skin gland disease in the pelvis of 84.ConclusionThe aching is hardenned to diagnose the important basis of the membrane malposition disease in the uterus of pelvis,it is to diagnose that solicit the positive body that cant be ignored of the tumour and pelvis tuberculosis in gynaecology later period to harden painlessly,transfer correct to grasp gynaecology inspection method,raise dome harden after the vagina examine favorable clinical diagnosis of appearing. ......
