米非司酮加用加味八珍益母草膏治疗宫内妊娠物残留130例疗效观察

【摘要】目的讨论米非司酮加用加味八珍益母草膏口服对宫内妊娠物残留的治疗效果。方法选择2008年12月～2010年11月间因流产、引产后经B超确诊为宫内妊娠物残留患者250例，随机分为治疗组和对照组。随机分为使用米非司酮加用加味八珍益母草膏口服治疗130例(治疗组)，其余120例单用加味八珍益母草膏治疗(对照组)。观察宫内残留妊娠物排出情况。结果治疗组130例患者中有126例经口服米非司酮加用加味八珍益母草膏口服治疗后，宫内残留妊娠物完全排出，有效率达96.92%。结论米非司酮加用加味八珍益母草膏治疗宫内妊娠物残留能避免患者清宫的痛苦，尤适用于阴道流血时间长、每日出血量不多、宫内妊娠物少的患者。
