氢氧化钙应用于根管封药的临床疗效观察

【摘要】目的观察氢氧化钙甘油糊剂用于根管封药治疗慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法选择96例慢性根尖周炎患者，随机分成两组，根管封药分别采用氢氧化钙甘油糊剂作为试验组,传统的根管消毒药物甲醛甲酚封药作为对照组，1周后观察封药的临床疗效。结果试验组总有效率95.6%，优于对照组的66.97%。结论氢氧化钙在杀灭微生物、减低对根类周组织的刺激方面效果优良，对于病程长、长期渗出、根尖区破坏较大的病例较甲醛甲酚(FC)能更有效地控制症状。
