359例女性非淋球菌性尿道炎支原体检测及药敏分析

     【摘要】目的研究解脲脲原体(UU)和人型支原体(Mh)在女性非淋球菌性尿道炎(NGU)感染的病原体中的地位和药敏情况。方法使用生物梅里埃公司的泌尿生殖系支原体试剂对869例女性NGU患者分泌物进行UU和Mh培养及药敏检测。 结果869份标本，支原体阳性359份，检出率41.31%，其中UU 阳性320例(36.82%)，Mh 阳性6例(0.69%)，UU和Mh 混合阳性33例(3.8%)。结论UU是广州市荔湾区女性NGU感染主要病原体。
