经尿道前列腺电切气化术治疗前列腺增生的临床疗效及安全性评价(1)

【摘要】目的评价经尿道前列腺电切气化术治疗前列腺增生的临床疗效及安全性。方法将笔者所在医院诊治的104例前列腺增生患者遵照知情同意原则分为两组，对照组52例采用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗，观察组52例采用经尿道前列腺电切气化术治疗，比较两组患者的治疗情况。结果两组患者均治愈出院，观察组的术中出血量明显少于对照组，且住院时间明显短于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组均无严重并发症发生。结论经尿道前列腺电切气化术治疗前列腺增生的临床疗效满意，安全性好，且利于患者及早康复，是较佳的临床治疗方案。
