【摘要】目的探讨左心室心肌致密化不全的超声心动图表现及其临床意义。方法选择6例超声确诊为左心室心肌致密化不全患者，并结合临床资料进行分析。常规使用二维各切面进行扫查，观察各室壁的厚度、结构和收缩功能，彩色血流显示血流充盈情况。结果左室心肌致密化不全患者均有特征性超声表现，左心室内径不同程度增大，心功能减低及不同程度的瓣膜返流。结论超声在左室心肌致密化不全的诊断上具有特征性，具有较高的临床应用价值。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore echocardiographic characters and clinical significance of noncompaction of the ventricular myocardium (NVM).MethodsAnalyze noncompaction of the ventricular myocardium patients 6 cases diagnosed by echocardiographic examinations combinded with the clinical bata, with an imphasic on observing left ventricular wall thickness, structure, left ventricular ejection and the color doppler blood flow by different views of echocardiography examinations.ResultsAll noncompaction of the ventricular myocardium patients has characteristic echocardiographic manifestations: the increased left ventricular diameter, the reduced left ventricular ejection fraction and the different degree of valve regurgitation ......
