护理干预对产后抑郁症的效果研究

【摘要】目的探讨护理干预对产后抑郁症的效果，为防治产后抑郁症提供有效的护理措施。方法选择在笔者所在医院分娩的220例产妇，随机分为观察组100例和对照组120例。对照组采用常规产后护理；干预组采用专业护士在孕期、产期及产后对其进行心理干预、健康宣教干预等措施，必要时进行药物处理。结果两组产妇产后抑郁症发病率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对产妇实施护理干预，能有效降低产后抑郁症的发生。
