自制中药祛癣方治疗花斑癣的临床疗效观察

【摘要】目的观察自制中药祛癣方治疗花斑癣的临床疗效。方法将178例花斑癣患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组予盐酸特比萘芬乳膏适量外抹，2次/d，连用4周。治疗组予中药祛癣方，外涂皮肤，2次/d，连用4周。观察皮损消退情况、真菌镜检阴转率及复发率。结果观察组的皮损消退情况、真菌镜检转阴率均明显优于对照组(P=0.002)。结论中药祛癣方对花斑癣具有显著疗效，是一种行之有效的治疗方法。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo observe clinical observation on the treatment of tinea versicolor with Quxuan medicinal liquor.Methods178 patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups：trial group and control group.
