复方氟米松软膏治疗寻常型银屑病疗效观察

【摘要】目的观察评价复方氟米松软膏治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效。方法选取经临床确诊的寻常型银屑病患者80例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组给予复方氟米松软膏外涂,2次/d;对照组用同样方法给予丙酸氯倍他索乳膏外涂。两组疗程均为4周。结果4周后两组患者皮损均有明显好转,其中治疗组有效率为85.0%,对照组为60.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。两组在治疗期间均未发现明显不良反应。结论复方氟米松软膏治疗寻常型银屑病疗效显著。
