糖尿病合并冠心病患者血清同型半胱氨酸及血脂水平检测的临床意义

【摘要】目的探讨糖尿病合并冠心病患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与血脂水平及其与并发病的关系。方法分别测定60名正常对照组和58名糖尿病合并冠心病患者血清Hcy、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(CHO)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂量白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血糖(GLU)的水平，并对其进行相关分析。结果糖尿病合并冠心病(CHD)患者治疗前血清中GLU、Hcy、TG、CHO、LDL-C水平与对照组相比明显升高(P<0.01)，HDL-C水平与对照组相比明显下降(P<0.01)，治疗后血清Hcy、TG、LDL-C水平较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05)，HDL-C较治疗前稍升高，但无显著差异性(P>0.05)。结论血清Hcy水平升高是糖尿病患者并发CHD的重要危险因素，高血糖水平影响了Hcy及血脂水平的代谢，测定血清Hcy水平对糖尿病并发CHD的诊断治疗及预后判断具有重要的临床价值。
