牵正散加减合用高压氧治疗急性面神经麻痹的临床研究

【摘要】目的观察牵正散加减合用高压氧治疗急性面神经麻痹的疗效。方法按照非盲、完全随机原则按照1∶1比例将60例患者分为治疗组与对照组，治疗组采用口服牵正散加减(汤剂)及高压氧治疗，对照组采用弥可保、阿魏酸钠静滴，治疗2周后比较两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%，对照组为86.7%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论牵正散加减合用高压氧治疗急性面神经麻痹疗效明显优于对照组。
