     【摘要】目的对食管癌细胞EC-109的HPV类型进行测定，检测活化后CTL抗肿瘤的细胞毒活力。方法斑点杂交技术检测食管癌细胞EC-109的HPV类型， MTT方法检测细胞毒活力。结果LAK、DC、E7-DC细胞均能有效地杀伤食管癌EC-109细胞，细胞毒活性分别为1772%、3293%、4967%，但以E7-DC杀伤力最强。与DC组相比较有显著统计意义。结论负载HPV18E7的DC与未转染的DC比较具有更强的杀伤食管癌细胞活性。
