【摘要】目的比较甲状腺腺瘤摘除术中两种不同引流方法的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2007年1月~2010年12月在笔者所在医院行甲状腺腺瘤摘除术116例患者的临床资料，其中采用套管针引流、纤维蛋白胶应用的62例患者为观察组，采用传统乳胶管另切口引流的54例患者为对照组，比较两种不同引流方法的疗效差异。结果观察组的引流量、拔引流管时间、切口瘢痕粘连发生率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺腺瘤摘除术中采用套管针引流、纤维蛋白胶应用的方法安全有效，并发症少，值得临床推广。
