探讨维持性血透患者氧化应激状态及护理对策

【摘要】目的研究维持性血透患者(MHD)体内的氧化应激状态及护理对策。方法选择2008年1月～2010年3月在攀枝花学院附属医院血液净化中心透析时间超过3个月的MHD患者48例，检测血浆中血浆丙二醛(MDA)、晚期氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)、过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷光苷肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)等氧化指标。选择28名健康者作对照组。结果MHD患者，MDA、AOPP较对照组明显增高(P均<0.01),SOD及GSH-PX活性较对照组明显降低(P均<0.01)。MHD患者，Hb、ALB明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论血透患者体内存在明显的氧化应激状态，临床护理中可采取相应护理对策改善血透患者体内的氧化应激状态。
