【摘要】目的探讨重度子痫前期终止妊娠时间及方式。方法通过对笔者所在医院收治的59例重度子痫前期病例进行回顾性分析研究，观察新生儿窒息率及死亡率。结果<34周分娩的新生儿窒息率、围产儿死亡率明显升高，与34周后出生的新生儿比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；34～36周与≥37周比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；剖宫产组新生儿窒息率及死亡率明显低于阴道分娩组。结论重度子痫前期终止妊娠的最佳时间为34～36周；剖宫产是重度子痫前期终止妊娠的首选方式。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the termination of pregnancy with severe pre-eclampsia time and manner.MethodsThrough writers hospital 59 patients with severe preeclampsia were retrospectively analyzed to observe the rate of neonatal asphyxia and mortality.Results<34 weeks of neonatal birth asphyxia,perinatal mortality was significantly higher(P<0.01).34～36 weeks and≥37 weeks without significant difference(P>0.05).Neonatal asphyxia and cesarean section group mortality was significantly lower than the vaginal delivery group.ConclusionSevere pre-eclampsia the best time of termination of pregnancy and cesarean section for the 34～36 weeks with severe pre-eclampsia is the preferred method of pregnancy termination ......
