肝硬化患者血小板参数检测及其临床意义(2)

通过以上分析，笔者认为肝硬化患者血小板参数可以间接反映血小板的功能变化，对于肝硬化尤其是处于失代偿期的患者其有助于早期发现有无出血倾向，对指导临床和判断预后都有重要意义。
