【摘要】目的探讨剖宫产术后子宫下段切口处早期妊娠的超声诊断标准。方法经阴道超声必要时结合腹部超声及CDFI对19例子宫下段剖宫产切口处早期妊娠的超声声像图表现做回顾性分析，总结其诊断标准。结果笔者所在医院19例子宫下段剖宫产切口处早期妊娠的病例中，单纯孕囊型10例，不均质团块型7例，宫腔内妊娠合并切口处妊娠1例，漏诊1例。超声诊断率94.74%。结论超声诊断子宫下段切口处早期妊娠的标准与宫内早孕基本相同，不同处在子宫下段切口处见不均质强回声及彩色超声和多普勒频谱具有典型特点，与子宫动静脉瘘的血流频谱相似，应考虑切口处早期妊娠可能。
