化瘀解毒汤结合食疗在排铅治疗中的疗效观察

【摘要】目的通过对冶炼厂来笔者所在疗养院疗养、排铅人员的血铅测定，观察自拟中药化瘀解毒汤结合食疗对血铅升高者的排铅疗效。方法50例血铅升高(未达到职业性慢性铅中毒诊断标准)的冶炼厂职工在笔者所在疗养院利用中药化瘀解毒汤结合食疗排铅治疗一个月。结果血铅含量明显下降，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药化瘀解毒汤结合食疗对排铅具有良好的临床疗效。
