【摘要】目的探讨早期肠内营养应用于胃手术后的可行性、安全性和应用价值。方法2003年1月～2010年1月共行胃手术156例，分为肠内营养组(80例)和肠外营养组(76例)，分析两组术后肛门排气时间和住院时间、营养相关费用以及比较术前与术后(营养指标)血清白蛋白、血清前白蛋白、血红蛋白的差异。结果术后肛门排气时间和住院时间、营养相关费用肠内组比肠外组减少(P<0.01)。术后第7天肠内营养组各项营养指标较肠外营养组增高明显(P<0.05)。结论胃手术后早期肠内营养安全、可靠、经济。
