宫腔镜配合化瘀通管方治疗宫外孕后输卵管阻塞临床观察(1)

【摘要】目的观察中药化瘀通管方配合宫腔镜对宫外孕后输卵管阻塞的作用。方法将97例宫外孕后输卵管阻塞患者随机分为两组，观察组用宫腔镜配合化瘀通管方，对照组用宫腔镜治疗，治疗周期3个月。结果观察组重复性宫外孕占6.4%，宫内妊娠率58.1%。观察组输卵管阻塞、重复性宫外孕明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜配合中药化瘀通管方有明确的疏通输卵管、改善输卵管功能的作用，并可提高宫内妊娠率。
